Unpacking Documents

A deep understanding of the Common Core Standards is the foundation of much of our training, as rigor is truly defined by these standards. When leaders and teachers become masterful with these standards, they are no longer dependent on a particular curriculum to ensure their unique group of students is getting exactly what they need, when they need it. This deep knowledge of the standards, objectives and skills that build from grade to grade help teachers identify misunderstandings and learning gaps and be able to make the necessary pivots and interventions.
